Do you provide International delivery?


Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery internationally; however, we are proud to announce that we provide delivery within the U.S.




How do I return an item?


Simply go to our Contact page and fill out the form to request for an exchange or store credit. Be sure to select "Refund" as the subject when filling out the form.




What is your returns policy?


All sale and clearance items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All regular purchased items can be exchanged or refunded with a store credit gift card. All customers are responsible for shipping costs with exchanges.




What are your delivery options?


There is only a standard shipping delivery option that will take 3-5 business days of arrival.




How do I track my order?


Shipping emails will be provided to the customer via email. In that email, you will find information regarding the details of the package including the tracking number.




How can I contact your couriers?


The tracking number will provide the information stating how to contact our couriers.

How long does it take to process the order before shipping?


Because all orders are hand-crafted, there is a 5-10 business day processing; along with the standard 3-5, 1-2, & 1-3 day shipping to delivery date.
