How do I return an item?
Simply go to our Contact page and fill out the form to request for an exchange or store credit. Be sure to select "Refund" as the subject when filling out the form.
What is your returns policy?
All sale and clearance items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All regular purchased items can be exchanged or refunded with a store credit gift card. All customers are responsible for shipping costs with exchanges.

How long does it take to process the order before shipping?
Because all orders are hand-crafted, there is a 5-10 business day processing; along with the standard 3-5, 1-2, & 1-3 day shipping to delivery date.
